UNIQUE Flour, Macaroni and Pasta Factory rises in the new phase of development that it begins new product in the market which is the first in its kind in Amhara National Regional State  with regard to pasta product.
Like that of Macaroni Product,the factory became to be pioneer in producing Pasta in the Region with sophisticated and modern Europian/Italian technology in a very good quality and free of hand touch in the production process.
During the first day of pasta production, His Excellency Ato Melekau Alebel,Industry Minister and His Excellency Dr. Abedu Hussien Deputy President of Amhara National Regional State, other Regional Offcials and deligations have paid visit and at the end apprciate the technology and encouraged the factory leadership and workers for further development.
The factory has a capacity of producing 400 quintals of Pasta in 24 hours and creating work opportunity for 300 employees ontop of many temporary workers.
INTEGRATION AND PRODUCTIVITY OF THE COMPANY
As the company is engaged in the field of edible food and food- integrated investment, it has built a modern biscuit and flour factory in the village that can produce using the products of flour factory as an input in the production process of biscuit.
It is very clear that this type of incorporated investment could have quite a lot of advantage especially a product of one factory can serve as an input for the other factory which facilitates the production process.The integration also crates proper utilization of resources for effectiveness in the sector.
Similarly, Unique Pasta Factory, which is a modern version of Italy that can produce pasta using flour as input like that of Biscuit Factory. As underlined before, the integration of such activity could add new experience to the Company performance and ease the production process and lay  fertile ground for cost effectiveness too.The biscuit and flour factory has been installed in the premises of the main flour factory.Due to this motive, the organization will exert utmost effort to strengthen the integration of production for other firms too.
Regarding capacity building and knowledge transfer, the workers of the factory have gained a lot from Italian professionals training by doing that is instrumental for further performance.
When this factory goes into production, it will be the pioneer and the first factory in the Amhara National Regional State.The current status of the  factory  is undergoing pre-production testing  phase  and join the potential market very soon.

FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE AND OTHERS
Over the last few years, Unique’s outstanding activities are in the right development track, i.e. it modernizing its operations, achieving continuous growth, and expanding its reach, creating convenient work area by paying attention to the quality of its products above all else.
On the bases of the above premise,different organizations has conducted supervision in Unique Flour and Macaroni Factory. Consequentily, the factory has fullfilled the requirement set by the organizations and hence,the Ethiopian Conformity Assesement Enterprise licenced to use Ethiopian Standard Mark.
Simillarly, the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority(EFDA) after investigating geared towards quality, certificatied in food manufacturing competency.

On top of the above, it has been evaluated by external bodies (at the international level) in food safety management system so that, in the production and supply of Wheat Flour and Macaroni accredited an international food safety certificate ISO 22000-2018, registration number 40100244FSMS2018.
In general, these recognition (national and International) that the company retains are the result of all sided struggle across the competition focusing on quality.Certainly, these are great attainments and accomplishment to the company and conformatioin for a strong proof of the success on its on-going undertaking.
Besides, the recognition could also set foundation to other products too. Therefore, the organization will make diligent exertions to achieve better goals in the future.
